Gary Ahladianakis

“Genuine. Positive. Advocacy.”
“Not Just My Initials But Also My Mindset.”

I was born and raised in Middlesex County and graduated magna cum laude from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2001 with a B.A. in Law & Society and a minor in International Business. I then attended the University of Connecticut School of Law where I received my J.D. in 2004.

I am licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York and also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

In joining Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle, Gutman & Petro, LLC, I bring more than twenty (20) years of legal experience handling civil litigation cases including labor and employment, consumer fraud liability, personal injury, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, products liability, construction defects and commercial litigation matters in both State and Federal courts.

I am also very involved in the local and national Greek community, having been a long-time parishioner of St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Perth Amboy, New Jersey and also served on the Church’s Parish Council as Secretary. Currently, I am the Legal Advisor for the Pancretan Association of America (PAA), a national educational, cultural and philanthropic 501(c)(8) tax-exempt organization consisting of over 3,500 adult and youth members with 45 chapters located nationwide. I previously also served as Treasurer and Corresponding Secretary of the local PAA Chapter located in Highland Park, New Jersey and completed my second two-year term as the District Governor of PAA’s District 2 which includes all local chapters in the New York, New Jersey, Virginia and DC areas.

In extending my contributions to the legal community beyond the four corners of my office, I am actively involved in the Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean County local bar associations as well as the New Jersey State Bar Association. I was a panelist at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Symposium on the topic of “The Associate: How to Get Noticed When You’re a Small Fish in a Big Pond.” I previously wrote an article for Dictum, the Young Lawyers Division Newsletter, regarding the “Jersey City Prisoner Re-entry Program: Where Ex-Offenders and Young Attorneys Work Together on the Path to Redemption” for which I personally interviewed Former New Jersey Governor Jim McGreevey.

On multiple occasions, I served as a judge for the Vincent J. Apruzzese High School Mock Trial Competition held at the Ocean County Courthouse, sponsored by the New Jersey State Bar Foundation, as well as sat as a judge for the American Bar Association’s Law Student Division 2024 National Appellate Advocacy Competition (NAAC) National Finals held at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

As a seasoned litigator, I am always guided by my belief in a practical approach to litigation which combines a strong work ethic with common sense and attention to the finest detail. This guiding principle, along with my innate talent for persuasively relating my client’s position to both a judge and a jury, enables me to obtain favorable results for my clients.
